How it works

Step one

Fabrication +Pod Assembly

  • Pods pre-assembled in factory
  • Waterproofing, module level stringing and fixing holes completed
  • Internal cable conduit, laser-cut holes and cleats fabricated with structural steel.
Step two

Foundations + structure

  • Foundations surveyed and footings prepared
  • Screw pile or bored piers installed, prefabricated reo cage with hold down bolts dropped into excavation and concrete poured
  • Primary structure erected
Step three


  • Pods lifted into place with either forklift or telehandler using specially designed lifting jig
  • Pods fixed off, final electrical connections completed and gutter installed
  • Inverter and switchboard connection completed and system commissioned
